The board has a three axis
accelerometer on it. I'll use forward acceleration to evaluate
shift points and sideways acceleration to see if the car launches
straight. There
is a MAP sensor in the box to record manifold vacuum during a run.
It has sensor circuits for
shock travel and throttle position.
The empty socket is for a
micro computer to translate driveshaft RPMs to voltage. I still have
to write the software for that. |
